  • THE CLIENT

    BuilderHub is the IBM-based frame construction management system of CHANGSOFT I&I, which automatically converts 2D floor plan to 3D models. It is used in detailed design and quantity computation of reinforced concrete to minimize human mistakes and improve quality of life. BuilderHub also improves work productivity at the construction site and helps make a decision based on real-time alternative analysis.

    BuilderHub는 창소프트 I&I의 IBM 기반 골조공사 관리시스템으로서 2D 도면을 3D 모델로 자동생성하여 철콘 상세설계·물량산출에 활용하며 사람의 실수를 최소화하고 삶의 질을 높여줍니다. 또한 BuilderHub는 시공 현장의 작업 생산성 향상과 실시간 대안 분석에 따른 의사결정을 도와줍니다.

  • THE OBJECTIVE

    목적

    CHANGSOFT launched BuilderHub program earlier, but they faced challenges due to readability and unfriendly image of detailed design and quantity computation, thus redefining icons were required to express friendly and architectural system to consumers. A total of seven icons - Builder Hub-Q, A, F, C, CL, CE, and Project Hub-PH 2021 – and splash screens were developed accordingly, and they represent future-oriented and innovative digital system, introducing the system in architectural and emotional mood.

    창소프트는 BuilderHub 프로그램을 런칭하였으나 가독성의 문제와 철콘 상세설계와 물량산출의 딱딱한 이미지로 소비자에게 친근하며 건축적인 시스템을 표현할 아이콘 재정립이 필요했습니다. BuilderHub-Q, A, F, C, CL, CE와 Project Hub-PH 2021까지 총 7가지 아이콘과 그의 맞는 스플래시 스크린의 개발하였으며 미래지향적이고 혁신적인 디지털 시스템을 나타내며 건축적이고 감성적인 무드로 소개합니다.

  • THE SOLUTION

    해결방안

    Modelling tool products for steel bar(BuilderHub-Q), molding(BuilderHub-F), and finishing(BuilderHub-A) are designed with consistent tone and manners, creating the brand visual unique to BuilderHub and satisfying customers. Each icon was developed in a unique and dimensional form and readability was enhanced by keeping the balance with a toned-down background color to create a reliable brand image, which looks professional and modern in overall. For splash screens, clean and future-oriented background images are used to emphasize the brand reliability and create a modern layout, completing a brand visual unique to BuilderHub.

    철근(BuilderHub-Q), 거푸 집(BuilderHub-F), 마감(BuilderHub-A) 공사에 대한 모델링 도구 제품을 일관된 톤앤매너의 디자인으로 표현하며 고객이 만족하는 BuilderHub의 브랜드 비주얼을 구축합니다. 각 아이콘은 유니크하고 입체적인 형태로 개발되었으며 신뢰감 있는 브랜드 이미지를 보여주기 위해 톤 다운된 백그라운드 컬러로 중심을 잡아주어 가독성을 높였고 전문적이고 모던하게 표현하였습니다. 스플래시 스크린은 깨끗하고 미래지향적인 백그라운드 사진을 활용하여 BuilderHub의 신뢰감을 강조하여 모던한 레이아웃으로 BuilderHub만의 브랜드 비주얼을 구축합니다.
